Decorated in a relaxed, modern style, you will want for nothing whilst staying here. With 6 bedrooms (one is a cute bungalow with little deck and seating) and one with two single beds, you will have space for all your family or friends, whether you are preparing for your wedding with your bridal party, or celebrating a special family occasion.

What more could you want? Heated infinity pool,  (heated for Summer months only), outdoor spa, cabana with a TV, couches, drinks fridge, BBQ for your outdoor entertaining, along with a chef equipped kitchen and butlers pantry with second stove, dishwasher, microwave and storage.

The grounds are a kids' paradise with an enclosed trampoline, basketball court, cubby house, slide, climbing equipment, and a grassy hill to roll down!

PLEASE NOTE: The pool is not heated during the winter months, however please enjoy the spa.

Please also note, the decorative firewood under the indoor fire and around the outdoor fire pit is not for guest use - and there's a re-stocking fee of $300 if this wood is used. 

Pet Policy: This property is happy to accommodate well behaved and controlled pets by prior arrangement by calling 1300 48 84 48. A pet fee of $60 is applicable. You will be asked to bring your own pet bedding and to clean up after your pet.

Wood Fire Policy: The lighting of wood burning fires and fire pits at properties will be prohibited from the beginning of the declared fire danger season (generally December to as late as May, subject to change). Please enquire for more details. It is also prohibited on all days of Total Fire Ban at any time of the year. Please see www.cfa.vic.gov.au/home If there is no wood and kindling provided at your property for indoor wood fires, it will be because of this policy. The collecting and burning of twigs, leaves and branches from outside your property to use on an indoor fire is strictly forbidden at anytime.
