There is a quaint antique stone fireplace in the heart of the living room where a comfortable couch is perfectly positioned to admire its dancing flames. Or relax in the private little courtyard beneath the trees on a warm afternoon and while the time away with a wine or two.

And an antique iron Queen bed and an en-suite with a 2-person spa create a cosy and romantic bedroom for you and your special someone.

The provincial inspired kitchen, with a separate dining room, complete this fully equipped cottage and give you the option to spend the nights in enjoying each others company.

Just moments from the property is a walking track that leads you to Sassafras village where you can browse the unique boutiques or afternoon tea at one of the many cafes. A more invigorating walk will place you in the heart of Sherbrooke forest where you can lose yourself amongst the trees.

Pet Friendly Accommodation  

Dogs welcome by arrangement - subject to the size of dog, (please contact our office), and please be advised there are no secure fences, and there is a pet fee payable of $60.00.

Wood Fire Policy: From the beginning of the declared fire danger season (generally December to as late as May, subject to change) we will not be providing firewood or setting fireplaces/fire pits. Please enquire for more details. It is also prohibited on windy and Total Fire Ban days at any time of the year. Please see www.cfa.vic.gov.au/home The collection and burning of twigs, leaves and branches from outside your accommodation is strictly forbidden at anytime.
